He has spent 10 years in capital markets, most recently as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Stratus Financial, where he closed $100mm+ in equity and debt transactions and built institutional-grade capital markets infrastructure from the ground up. Before Stratus, he held senior capital markets roles at Citigroup North America, structuring institutional deals for family offices.
At Velari, Alan advises on the seed round and on investor relationship architecture for Series A, leveraging institutional capital markets experience to position Velari for the right investors at the right valuation.
